I recently got into writing reviews of beauty products thanks to Beauty Bulletin. I signed up for their newsletter ages ago and on one sunny day in 2013 I found a survey in my inbox to receive free John Frieda hair products.
I filled it out and forgot about it, big was my surprise when I received a message saying that I’ve been chosen to review some hair products. I received ~ Shampoo & Conditioner: Sheer Blonde Highlight Activating Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner and Frizz-Ease Miracle treatment.
Shampoo & Conditioner:
Sheer Blonde Highlight Activating Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner Brightens the full spectrum of blonde tones For darker blondes.
With heat protection daily miracle treatment
De-tangles to resist breakage
Sheer Blonde Shampoo & Conditioner for darker blondes:
I have been using these 2 products for about 3 weeks. I think my hair was a bit darker than anticipated but I still gave it a try. I had a lot of hair damage after traveling and home highlighting that left my hair feeling really dry and looking dull. I coloured it again to get as close as possible to my darker blonde. My hair feels softer and is a lot shinier and manageable than before.
My brother being a lot blonder than I am also gave it a try and his hair is really soft and shiny after using it. (Proving that beauty products are not just for girls 😉 )
I tried using the Frizz Ease Treatment in as many ways as possible. It left my hair without fizz and feeling bouncy. I tried it before blow drying, air drying and with the hair straightener. I would recommend this product to anyone that struggles with frizz.
I normally don’t have a lot of time in the morning for styling so any product that lets me style my hair in the least amount of time is a winner.
